Dayachand Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1987 to produce and market superior quality welding consumables.

Location: The company is located on the National Highway-58, just around 100 kilometers from the Indian National Capital, New Delhi. The plant is spread over an area of 4000 square meters and more than 50% of the land is covered by greenery. The plant being located at a state industrial zone enjoys 24 hour electricity supply which is complemented by in-house 24 hour power backup in the form of generators. The company is well connected to the world through telephone lines and the internet.

 

Infrastructure: The company houses among the most modern manufacturing facilities in the country. We have well equipped chemical and physical laboratories that enable us to exercise strict quality control measures over our products. We also have a well equipped fabrication and maintenance workshop.

Activity: The company originally manufactured manual metal arc welding electrodes for mild steel. With time and acceptance of products in the markets, today we manufacture welding electrodes and MIG welding wires for mild steel applications. We are also manufacturing production lines for welding electrodes and MIG welding wires. In addition the company can provide procurement services for various engineering items to its customers.

Employee Welfare: The company provides all the basic amenities to its workforce on its compounds. The buildings have proper ventilation and lighting arrangement. We maintain good house keeping standards. We ensure that no child labour is employed in the Company. The company is registered under the Employee State Insurance Corporation [ESIC] and takes care of the medical needs of its workforce. Apart from this the company organises various free medical camps not only for its employees but also for the population residing in the nearby areas.

Environmental Concerns: The company is totally committed to preserving the natural environment. Besides having half of the land area covered by greenery it ensures to cut out on any form of waste emission from its compounds. It recycles most of the waste products generated by it. The generator unit of the company complies with the sound and gas pollution regulations of the country. All the paper packing material used by the company is made from recycled paper. The company is certified by the State Pollution Control Board.

Customer Base: The customer base of the company includes of a distributor network as well as consumers. Presently the company caters to the needs of customers in the automobile, construction, power and engineering sectors. The customers include some of the most reputed industrial houses in India. The company is also exposed to the markets of Middle Eastern countries and has test marketed its products.
